Anyone have access to a vinyl cutter? That is the only thing stopping us at this point. The stickers in the merchandise section (http://www.socalloc.com/merchandise/index.cgi/332025926) are bumper sticker quality. I think for the URL stickers we need some real clean and attractive options.

I will make sure to do that.
I also registered SoCalLightnings.com as well... I think that one would probably be better for stickers. That domain points here as well.

I'll take some pics tonight at practice. I'm the back up driver and have been told I'm driving this Friday night. It will be my first race, my stomach has been hurting all day.

We race at The PAS, Perris Auto Speedway. It is a 1/2 mile clay surface. You have to be sideways through the corners or you don't have a chance. Needless to say there is a lot of leaning on each other.
I've driven the cup cars out at CA Speedway twice at 165mph and even though that is one hellava an experience this 1/2 mile sideways racing is way more of a rush and all i've done is practice.
The primary driver is going to try and make it tomorrow night so i'll just be holding my breath not knowing until the last minute.
Here are a couple pics.

Simple, one, maybe 2 color design. Small one may be 3"x6", large one may be 6"x12" . I would provide the art as an EPS or illustrator file. If you could see what 50 would cost, I think that would get us started. Maybe 35 of the smaller,15 of the larger ones initially.
We would need to figure out the art, so we are probably a few weeks away on a final design.
I do have the art for the original ones, so i guess we could always fall back to that. But I think it would be good to have one with a URL.
Here is the original on my truck:

Chris, My buddy Mark said no problem on making stickers as long as your EPS or illustrator is a new verizion that he can read, he mentioned 6.0 or something.
Mark would like you to e-mail him the art work. He mentioned there is no money in such a small project, so price will based upon doing this for me as a favor (meaning what do we want to pay).
Let me know what you think.

That is real nice of him to do that. I have the latest version of Illustrator (CS), so that should not be a problem. First things first though, we need to figure out the graphic for these decals. My sister's boyfriend designs logo's for a living, he's offered to help us out, so let's see what he comes back with.
Any other ideas will be considered as well...

Some type of nice looking business cards with some cool graphics to help promote the web site would rock. I am not really a graphic artist but wouldn't mind taking a design to a card shop and getting a couple thousand printed (maybe glossy photo quality). It seems like just in the past 2-3 months I have been seeing a whole slew of unfamiliar Gen 1's and Gen 2's around the Long Beach area. I think it would be a great tool to bring more traffic to the site and club. Ideas/ opinions? :)
